Click on the customer to hand over the Sub menu.
See the '!!' on the customer's head? It means the customer is now ready to order.
Click the '!!' to see what the customer wants to eat.
Lets see, the customer wants regular bread, onions and some red pepper sauce with it.
To prepare a sub you must select a bread first, click on this icon and then click on the preparation tray in front of the customer.
